Return and Exchange Policy:
Your satisfaction is our top priority at Zep-Pro. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on all defective items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service at info@zeppro.com for other returns or exchanges due to sizing and color issues.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with a domestic prepaid shipping label for any defective item, making the return process convenient and cost-free for you. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your return, we will promptly process your refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and exchanges will be shipped out promptly upon receipt of the returned item(s).
